Global equity markets are closing 2019 with stellar returns, putting the trade war and recession worries in the back mirror thanks to the ECB and Fed monetary policies and the US China trade agreement. Metals are closing 2019 with stellar returns as well, Gold is up nearly 20% YTD as investors move out of the USD and stack up in case of a pullback equity markets, Silver investors enjoyed a profitable year as well, up 15% YTD. Oil started 2019 as low as $49 per barrel following the selloff in late 2018 and global worries and ended 2019 at $61.5, up nearly 26%, and looking strong into 2020.
