The market had a second consecutive range-bound week, which ended with the S&P500 adding 0.3%, a small uptick ahead of the holiday weekend. Volume and volatility were very low and the same is likely to continue for at least one more week, ahead of the New Year. Markets will be closed on Monday, making for a short, low volume trading week. My best advice for this week is: Stay away and take a holiday from the markets. Sometimes you make more money when you are not trading.
