European Markets:  

EU major markets closed flat Thursday following the rally in the markets Wednesday. As expected the markets took a breather and spent most of the trading day moving sideways in very narrow ranges. Capita.uk was UK100 worst performing stock dropping 9% on a weaker than expected earnings report. UK services PMI at 9:30 in the morning is the important news on the agenda Friday morning, then Fed Chairman Yellen speaks at 6 pm GMT.
