European markets 

EU markets traded mostly sideways Friday yet managed another positive close and finished green for the day. All major sectors closed the trading day green other than Basic Resources stocks that closed in the red, mainly on dollar strength. Overall all the markets closed another positive week leading into the holidays season next week. German IFO business climate is the important news on the agenda Monday morning.

The dollar rally took a breather Friday after the rally following the FOMC decision Wednesday. Metals finally saw a green day reversing from yearly lows and signaling a possible short term reversal for the beaten sector. German IFO business climate is the important news on the agenda Monday morning.
