European Markets:  

EU markets closed lower to open the trading week on disappointing China slowing growth news and weakness in the banking and Basic Resources sector. Deutsche Bank dropped 8% on news it will be raising new capital and setting new financial targets while Peugeot was up 2.7% on news its buying Opel from GM. The EUSXX600 index closed lower 0.52%. There is no important news on the agenda Tuesday morning.

Forex & Commodities markets

The FX markets traded mixed to open the trading week as the US future rate hike and the ECB news conference on Thursday looming the agenda. The dollar moving higher vs all majors was the only consistent move ahead of the news coming at the end of the week. There is no important news on the agenda Tuesday morning.
