European Markets:  

EU major markets closed near the flat line for the second day in a row, awaiting US President Trump speech to the Congress. Most major sectors other than retail closed flat while retail stock were the best performing sector. The EUSXX600 index closed higher 0.19%. UK manufacturing at 9:30 in the morning, then BOC rate statement at 3 pm and OIL Inventories at 3:30 pm are the important news on the agenda Wednesday.
