European Markets    

EU markets traded mostly sideways and with no news on the agenda traded in narrow ranges, Basic Resources was the only standout sector, up 1%. The EUSXX600 closed flat. The Brexit talks lifted the UK markets while the other EU markets had very little to show for ahead of the upcoming earnings season. UK CPI is the important news on the agenda Tuesday morning.
