European Markets    

EU markets traded higher to open the trading week on a positive note, as all major sectors traded in positive territory, led by mining, Industrials and Energy stocks. The DAX led the markets higher, closing at the 12900 level, all times highs and following the strength of the US markets that closed at all times highs too. The EXSXX600 index closed higher 0.87%. BOE Governor Carney speech is the important news on the agenda Tuesday morning.
