European Markets    

EU markets traded sharply lower during the morning session then reversed to close near the flat line. The EXSXX600 index closed lower 0.04% as all major sectors other than financials and Autos closed flat. UK retail stocks were at the bottom of the benchmark after Burberry dropped 3.5% on a negative Blumberg report. US GDP is the important news on the agenda Thursday at 1:30 pm GMT.

Forex & Commodities markets

The FX markets traded mostly sideways after the Euro rally yesterday however the commodities currencies rallied on a weaker dollar and some positive sentiment in the global equity markets. Oil inventories came in lower than expected and supported another positive day, third in a row in the green. US GDP is the important news on the agenda Thursday at 1:30 pm GMT.
