European Markets:

EU markets closed lower for the second day this week, as zero positive news and low volumes and little buying interest govern the market movement. The EUSXX600 index closed lower 0.27%. Autos were the only major sector to close in the green as analysts see little down side to the GM Peugeot deal while banks and Basic material stocks had another red day. UK annual budget release at 12:30 and OIL inventories at 3 pm are the news on the agenda Wednesday.
