European Markets   

EU markets traded mostly sideways with most major sectors trading flat as investors took time digesting US news and markets still closed at record highs. The EUSXX600 closed the day up 0.1%. Energy stocks were the best performers on the day, while construction stocks lagged the markets. UK manufacturing at 9:30 and the BOE press conference at noon are the important news on the agenda Thursday.

OIL was the big mover in the markets Wednesday, surging more than 3.5% on decreasing US stockpiles and OPEC decision to decrease output by 1.9 million barrels per day. Gold, Silver and Platinum all moved higher after the firing of FBI Comey news came out. UK manufacturing at 9:30 and the BOE press conference at noon are the important news on the agenda Thursday.
