European Markets   

EU markets traded mostly higher and sideways with most major sectors closing in the green, led by telecoms and banking stocks. The EUSXX600 closed the day up 0.22%. Nokia was EU best performer, up 6.5%, after reaching an agreement over the dispute with Apple. ECB President Draghi speech at noon, OIL inventories and FOMC meeting minutes in the afternoon are the important news on the agenda Wednesday.
