The dollar index traded lower following the release of the FOMC statement then turned higher to close flat across the board as the FX markets acknowledge that nothing changed basically following the news. US markets closed lower and commodities other than Silver were also flat following the news. Oil climbed higher on the inventories number despite an increase in US production and a new high in US inventories for 2018. Asian markets traded flat overnight, with nay lead to a flat EU open this morning.

UK Services PMI at 9:30 and US ISM Manufacturing at 3 pm are the important news on the agenda Thursday.
